A Canadian international medical graduate, working hard to get back into the Canadian medical training system. I recently left everything I knew in Ontario and moved to British Columbia for better opportunities. The joys and struggles of my career, juggling a long-distance marriage and generally trying to enjoy life as it comes.
I wanted to start this blog as a way to communicate with people from around the globe who are undergoing a similar journey; in medicine, trying to get into a training system/residency and in between all the effort we are putting into our career, also trying to enjoy and live life outside of medicine.
